Additional charges may apply for After-Hours, Weekend and Holiday In-Home/On-Site Service and Support. Additional charges may apply for areas East of US HWY 331, West of Navare, and North of I-10.
Over-the-phone support is available for $30/call. If an in-home/on-site appointment is needed within 24 hrs, $30 will be applied to the in-home/on-site fee.
Remote support is available for $50/incident. If an in-home/on-site appointment is needed within 24 hrs, $50 will be applied to the in-home/on-site fee.

Windows allows you to have your PC automatically download and install updates from Microsoft to help protect your PC. Make sure you have "Automatic Updates" turned on, and that your PC is turned on when it is scheduled to download and install updates. If you're not sure how, or need help, give us a call!
